1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Melorah Hair is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Melorah Hair is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.

6. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
