Products that are not currently in stock and do not require customization.

Custom Pre-Order

Custom wigs and personalized orders requiring customization before shipping.

Estimated Delivery: 14–18 business days

At MÉLORAH, we are committed to delivering luxury hair with transparency and care.

All orders are subject to processing times before shipment. Processing times vary depending on whether your order is Ready-to-Ship, Pre-Order, or Custom Pre-Order.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In rare cases, high order volumes or supplier delays may extend processing times slightly. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Orders containing both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 2 to 5 business days, while express shipping typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

Canada & USA: 2–7 business days

International: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you wish to receive items separately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Please note that FEDEX DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

* Worn items
* Sale items
* Custom-made products
* Customized wigs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at melorahhair@gmail.com with:

* Clear photos of the issue
* Your order number
* A detailed explanation

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

Important Information

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
